His philosophy of life and action was to protect the lives and spirits of his family, relatives, comrades, colleagues, and all people. Therefore, when he passed away at the age of over 70, he left a mark in the hearts of many people with respect, affection, and regret.
His commitment to social causes extended beyond his retirement, as he actively contributed to funds supporting Hunger Eradication-Poverty Reduction and Agent Orange victims. A testament to this dedication was the annual charity fund he established for impoverished households in his native Đạo Thạnh Commune, which continued its operations beyond his lifetime.
